CONTACT
Our first and most important part of our process is to reach out to you and follow up on your needs. Expect us to contact you within 24 hours of your email, text or phone call. During this point of contact we will be asking you various questions on what type of project you are needing completed, how motivated you are to begin, your potential budget in order to tailor make your project to what you want to invest, how soon you need it completed and a lot more, important to helping us understand what you need.
SITE VISIT
Upon communicating with you, we will want to establish a site visit to your home or business. During this meeting we will take a lot of time getting to know you, what you like, don't like, need and request from us. We will measure, design and create solutions to your remodeling or construction needs. Expect these site visits to last anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple hours. By the time we leave, we will have everything we need to present you with your project investment.
MATERIAL SELECTION
We know this could be your first project and there are a lot of decisions to be made. A lot of these decisions are related to materials. As experts in the industry, we can help you select materials for your home or business. Some of these material selections may be made in various showrooms of our local vendors with which we have created valued relationships.
ESTIMATE
With any project, comes a lot of excitement and anticipation. This is why we want to turn your estimate around as quickly and efficiently as possible. We know you are ready to purchase when we meet with you and don't want to hold you up. Upon completing the estimate we will get it to you, typically within 3-4 days.
FOLLOW UP
Following up with our clients is very important. We want to be sure we answer any questions you may have and be sure all of your needs are met with what we have presented you with.
PURCHASING
To purchase from us, we have many different forms of payment available, from checks, credit cards, online payment services, financing options and many more. If you are a veteran, please ask us about our veteran's discounts as we value your service to our country. Every project will have different payment terms and all can be explained in the site visit with you.
PRE CONSTRUCTION MEETING
Before any project begins, we will want to visit the site to ensure it is ready for us to begin. We will inspect the materials and check for any damage, walk you through the anticipated scheduling and when we propose to be there to commence work.
CONSTRUCTION BEGINS
At this point the real work happens and there may be a lot of noise, the odd dust and general disruptment of your daily lifestyle. We will do our best to minimize this for you and clean up each day to make your home or business as functional as possible. At any time during this process, please ask any questions if you have any and be sure to communicate with us at all times.
CHANGE ORDERS
Unforeseen events happen all the time and we will do our best to set the proper expectations with you when it comes to these things happening. If something comes up we weren't prepared for, we will stop work, show you the concern we have and decide how we want to move forward together on the project and have you sign a chance order to authorize us to continue.
COMPLETION & WARRANTY
And we're done!! We always want to thank you for your business with our company and value the relationship we've built with you on the project. We look forward to completing more projects for you and your friends and would encourage you to refer us to others. When we are finished on your project, we will do a final walk with you and be sure all items have been completed.
